Relax in the comfort of your own home and we work online. Ear pods in and we work using WhatsApp or Zoom. I take notes for you as you listen to my voice gently take you down into a hypnotic state or relaxation. You are in complete control and able to chat with me about what you are experiencing. The first appt is 2 hours long so we can chat to begin with about what you would like to achieve from this session. Any additional online sessions are £60 an hour.
